Viewing My Reports


How do I access the reports area?
To access the reports of your previous transactions is very simple.

  1. Login to your ProPay account.

  2. Click View Reports link on the side menu.

  3. Select the report you would like to view.

You can also access the specific report you would like to view by clicking the applicable link under the View Reports heading on the Home Page.

What kinds of reports are available?
Transactions Report - displays transactions that have been processed during the designated time period.

What should I do if I am having trouble accessing the reports area?
Download the most recent version of the web browser that you are using or attempt to view the reports in a different web browser. Please contact ProPay Customer Service if you require assistance.
