Transfer Money to a Checking Account
Login to your ProPay Account
by entering your user name(consultant ID) or e-mail address and password.
Once you have logged in to your ProPay Account, click on
"transfer funds to my checking account."
If you have never transferred money before, you will see an error message.
Click on the "Add a Checking Account" link.
Enter your checking account information. All the information you need
can be found on a check from that account. If you have questions click
on the "What is this" links for more information. When you have entered
your checking account information, click "Submit."
You will then be asked to complete the account verification process.
Once this is complete, you may transfer funds to the checking acccount on file.
NOTE: You are required to validate your checking account prior to initiating an electronic funds transfer.
The validation process involves sending 2 small deposits to your checking account, once you receive theses 2 deposits,
return to the ProPay payments website and complete the validation process.
You must validate your checking account information each time it is changed.
You only have to enter your checking account information one
time. If you wish to change your checking account information, go to "My
Account, Edit My Profile, Add/change Checking Account."
You may only change your checking account information twice every 90 days.
If you already have a validated checking account on file, simply
enter the transfer amount and click "Submit."
Confirm the transfer information. If everything is accurate, click "Submit."
You should immediately receive a confirmation that the transfer request
was complete. Funds will typically be available in your checking account within 2-3 business days.
